Giant wooden kenetic sculptures,a spinning wooden treelix adorn the Towesrey site. Flags of many colours and lampshades that surprise round the next corner. The festival has exihibitions in the Church, Raku firing on the Showground and the village even has it's own arts studio "The Pheonix".
Down in the den you will find a hands on visual arts project - so you can get crative in your own way.

That is The Way To Do It! is a new raucous comedy for outdoor events and street arts festivals. A life sized and alternative version of the much loved Victorian seaside entertainment; Punch and Judy return as a vehicle for hilarious satire in our anxious, credit crunched world.

Craft Times have been associated with Towersey Village Festival since 2005 and are delighted to be able to continue delivering children’s crafts through Table Top Crafts sessions as part of the children’s festival organised by Ray and Bev Langton.
Our ‘Electric Bugs’ have always been a favourite and this year we are able to introduce the ‘Wind Up Bug,’ clock work dancing creatures, no more batteries! In 2010 we were able to introduce to the festival a little more of what we do at Craft Times.

Join Alan and his team for the now famous Towersey Lantern making sessions. Sit out on the beautiful Manor House lawns for a couple of hours each day and create your own lantern. Work alone or with friends and go as big or as delicate as your inner artist allows.

Come and get stuck in and let loose your inner artist as we welcome back Aylesbury Youth Action to run there popular "Hands-on" arts project down at the den. A great way to pass some time, relax and feel inspired in the company of this great team of young people.
