st catherine's church

Towersey's St Catherine’s Church is a beautiful building in the heart of this picturesque village. The Church has been on its present site in Towersey since about 1150 although there have been a number of alterations during its life, evident from the changes in style of the masonry.  In 1999, in celebration of the Millenium, The Towersey Millenium Committee raised enough money to commission and install a stained glass window in the church depicting life in the village during the Millenium year.

During the Festival, St Catherine's Church provides a stunning venue in which to experience live music in an intimate setting.

Please see the Festival Souvenir Programme for full listings and details. You can purchase the programme when you place your ticket order or simply pick one up when you arrive at the Festival.
